<description><![CDATA[One of our primary methods of users changing/resetting passwords is via the GINA agent. We have found an annoying problem that has caused adoption rate of this tool to drop and helpdesk calls to reset passwords on the rise. When clicking on the icon to reset the password we get that typical "Loading Password Reset Server...this could take several minutes (4-5)...etc". In most all cases this never goes away, as people have waiting upwards of 10+ minutes. What we have noticed is as soon as you get this warning, if you simply close it out and reclick on the reset password icon it comes right up. <br/><br/>This is a difficult message to deliver to our employees globally to just close out and retry. Is there anything we can do to troubleshoot and fix this?]]></description>
