3.) The ability to flag a question as required to be answered correctly if another specific one fails.

We have a scenario where we use SMS for one of our policies. In the event this employee is traveling on business in another country and cant use their own personal phones (or wont because of the SMS charge) they wont be able to use PRS. It would be nice to ask them the SMS question, and if it gets answered wrong (which it will since they dont have their phone) a backup question to send a PIN to email would be nice.

I think in general we need more control over letting the users pick their own questions with the ability for admins to enforce certain questions. Coming up with non-multi factor questions that work globally in all the different cultures is very difficult with a solution that doesnt allow the user to pick their own from a bank of questions.

1.) It would be nice to allow the end user to pick which questions they would like to answer, but also have a couple mandatory. The example we have (though may sound silly) is if we ask a user something like "Who was your role model growing up?", we will have people tell us that they either a.) cant remember who their role model was, or worse b.) I didnt have a role model. It would be nice to give the user a bank of questions to pick from.

2.) Since we use SMS for verification, I've been in contact with ProxStop on how the API is used. One of the features I would like to see if the ability to assign a reference field to a policy which then maps to the "ref" of the ProxStop API. The reason for this is that ProxStop has a tool for reporting (http://proxstop.com/reporting) that includes the ref field. This could be used to filter reports on office names, which we have a police in PRS for each office. (i.e. Show me in the past 7 days how many SMS's were sent from users in the Barcelona office).
