One question we are often asked is if someone creates a secret and/or add's them to the ACL/permissions of it, they would like to get an email saying something like: [SecretServer] [Secret] Some Secret Name [Create] by somedomain\John Doe [Added] somedomain\Joe Smith [Permission] V/R/O This would somewhat help the confusion of knowing if a secret exists already and if the user has access to it.
