Hi We currently have 5.1.000001 installed and given we have just renewed our support agreement I am looking at upgrading to the latest version. I have attempted the offline method in a test area however after the upgrade I get an error saying Column 'EncryptionHash' does not belong to table. Is there a process outlined for upgrading from older versions to the current 7.5 version? Do I need to go to 6.x first and then 7.x? Cheers Gary
