Secret Server

The Request Access feature requires a User to be granted approval to access a Secret. When the feature is applied to a Secret a User will have to request access from a previously selected list of Groups/Users that form the Approval List. An email will be sent to everyone in the Approval List notifying them of a request and the request can be approved or denied by any of the members. Access will be granted for a set time period as determined by the approver.

All requests, approvals and denials are fully autdited. The User can enter a reason with their request to explain the need for the password. The reason field can also be used to enter a tracking number from a Change Control or Task Management System.
