would it be possible to add support for windows apps like quickbooks/etc?

Jon,

Do you mean via the Launcher? In other words, click the Launcher icon and it automatically logs you into the application?

that would work, or if we could open the program and be prompted to fill in the windows password box, similar to what roboform or lastpass is doing
