secretserver.xml

cant seem to find any documentation relating to secretserver.xml. Need to find a way to ensure fields are mapped correctly when using Secret Assistant. Any help greatly appreciated...

Jonathon, thanks for the quick response. Unfortunately that is the same doc I read to get wind of secretServer.xml.

There is no mention of how to use the XML file, where it should be located etc. It suggests in this example (below) SlashDot will host there own SecretServer.XML file which doesnt sound right to me. Surely this is something that should be configurable by us and not the web site...?

Yes - that is the current design. The thinking was mostly for intranet websites or for website owners.

We can add files to the updates.thycotic.net website - we have considered building a web interface for uploading new files so that the whole community could benefit.

Here is an example that is available for all Secret Assistant users:
http://updates.thycotic.net/secretserver/secretassistant/sitedefinitions/godaddy.com.xml
