Dashboard is a widget based screen that serves as the main page for searching and viewing Secrets. Users can customize Dashboard with a variety of widgets and create new tabs. Widgets can be added and rearranged with an intuitive drag-and-drop approach. Folders can also be dragged to the top to quickly create a new tab.
Dashboard is a dynamic console to improve efficiency and increase data access from a single screen. Widgets include the Search / Browse, Favorite Secrets, Expired Secrets, Create New Secret, Recent Secrets, Welcome, and Report. Since widget availability is based on the role permissions of the user, administrators will be the only ones to have more privileged widgets such as the Report widget. Dashboard offers a quick, fluid interface for Secret Server users.
