How many licenses do you need?
Password Reset Server is licensed based on the total number of users who can reset their passwords. That is, they have an active Security Policy. You should purchase one license per user.
You can purchase licenses at any time by returning to this page. Once you've purchased them, simply add the new license to your Password Reset Server and use them immediately.
A user can be excluded at any time, but still remain on record for auditing purposes. This allows you to maintain an accurate audit history in your system even after employees have left the company. Excluded users don't count towards the license count.
