How many licenses do you need?

Group Management Server is licensed based on the total number of users being managed. You do not have to license your entire domain. You can choose which groups to manage and then the total user count will determine the number of licenses needed.

You can purchase additional licenses when needed. Once you've purchased them, simply add the new license to your Group Management Server and use them immediately.

A user can be excluded at any time, but still remain on record for auditing purposes. This allows you to maintain and accurate audit history in your system even after employees have left the company. Excluded users don't count towards the license count.
