Hi,
We would like to use the iPhone app in conjunction with our corporate server. We have hit two roadblocks:
We currently log into the SS website with our domain credentials. We can do the same with the app, but we need it to time-out and prompt the user for their password again a) after a set period (say, 1 minute) and b) if the app is closed using the home button and then re-opened. It seems that this can be accomplished by setting a numerical PIN, but we do not want to have to remember another password, especially when the domain password is more secure.
I set the the Maximum Time for Offline Access on Mobile Devices to 0, which should disable the app from caching any passwords. However, I was able to view passwords that I had just opened on the device even after disconnecting from our VPN. Furthermore, I had to "Clear Cache" on the device to lose access to those passwords. I am thinking this may be a bug?
Thanks in advance. I'd appreciate help in getting these ironed out, we would definitely have a lot of use for the iPhone app.

Good Afternoon Michael,
Thanks for the feedback, I have added a feature request for the timeout on the mobile applications. I have passed your request to the Product Manager. As for your issue with the Maximum Time for Offline Access on Mobile Devices I have opened a ticket for you so that we can investigate further.
Kind Regards,

Good Afternoon,
After taking this offline, Thank you for reporting the issue, after some research it is an issue with iPhone app. The app will clear the cache whenever it tries to make a call back to Secret Server. I have logged the issue and have passed it along to our development team.
Kind Regards
