Now for phase 2 we need to install the client on the users computers that often travel and test the software to see if it works. Presently the network admin had setup an outward face so we can work with it. Is there any special set up for the users that are going to be traveling so they can use the tool?

2/22/2013 9:31:32 AM Joshua C Administrator Posts: 75	Morning Ricardo, There is nothing special that needs to be done to those users for them to be able to reset their passwords off the network. As long as the Windows Login Integration was installed on the machines with the correct URL address then everything will work just fine. If any of them are returning 404 error try re creating the Windows Login Integration Installer by going to the your PasswordResetServerURL/CreateConfigurationFiles.aspx and installing the client again.
