For example, I'd love to be able to provide a graph via some of out SNMP management tools on how many secret exist in SS, heartbeat failures (total)...etc. Our Secret Server infrastructure has grown so large in its global use that being able to have visibility into how it is operating (without using the reports tab) would be helpful.

We have seen customers do integrations with their log management tools to get trending data like this. We are also working with one SIEM vendor at the moment to build some custom dashboard screens within their product.
