By default the maximum log size in Secret Server is set to 100000(this can set from 1000 to 10,000,000,000) If your system log has not been truncated then you can select from the drop down, next to the search bar, to show all entries. For system log with a large amount of entries it would be better to the System Log as a file (this can be down by clicking Save to File in the top right of System Log) and opening in a text editor.
