Yes, that is completely customizable. You can find the setting under Administration<Configuration and then under the Local User Passwords. The specific setting you are looking for is Enable Local User Password Expiration.

IE the User/password that I use to log into secret server.
As the SysAdmin, I don't want to be forced to have to change my password every month.
