Synchronization Interval is set for 12 hours but last sync date is always the last time i ran it manually. Today a user complained that they changed their password yesterday but still got the reminder alert. It was because the sync didnt happen since i last ran it manually (6 days ago).
How can i troubleshoot why syncs are not running at the time specified?
