Additionally, is there a way to alter the email text that gets sent to a user after they reset their passwords? One of the common issues we have is when a user changes/resets their password they dont update it on other devices or services and it locks out again. It would be nice to have that email alert say something like "your password was reset...etc. You may need to update your password on other devices (i.e. phones, services) to prevent lockout". This should be custom written.

Hi Nick,
Sending those emails with custom alerts is not currently possible. I've added a feature request to our system. Per your previous post, you can modify that text in the "noresetpassword.aspx" section in the custom resources xml file.
If you haven't set up a custom resources file that is documented here : http://support.thycotic.com/KB/a79/how-can-i-change-text-links-secret-server-password.aspx
