However, if you are integrating with AD, then the AD passwords could be changed through the PRS website. This means you could log in to a separate non-Citrix website to reset the password, and then use the Citrix web login once the password is reset. In other words, the windows screen login integration is not compatible, but the password reset process through a web site is.
