This exists already for the most part.

You can configure this on the Secret Template's fields. When editing a Template, click the "Edit Default Values" button (the right most button) in the row of the field. You can then add items to the list of default values. If there are one or more default values, then a drop down list is presented instead of a textbox.

For example, to perform successfull heartbeating (and remote password changing) on an Active Directory account, we need to rely on the user to type the correct domain name (spelling) into the domain text field. A typo will cause problems.
