It would be nice to allow each user to setup their own event subscriptions rather than allow all users to "Adminster" the global ones. One question we are often asked is if someone creates a secret and/or add's them to the ACL/permissions of it, they would like to get an email saying something like: [SecretServer] [Secret] Some Secret Name [Create] by somedomain\John Doe [Added] somedomain\Joe Smith [Permission] V/R/O This would somewhat help the confusion of knowing if a secret exists already and if the user has access to it.
