Hi all,
we are using the Blackberry app and when we launch it, a message appears:
Content Encription is not enabled. Secret Server's cached data will not be encrypted. We strongly...
We defenitely need to encrypt the cache data (indeed, we wouldn't have any cached data on mobile devices): how can we avoid using cache or encrypt it if not possible?
Is it a Blackberry setting? We can't find any inside the Secret Server app.
Thank you.

Hi Nicola,
Yes, this is a Blackberry setting. You can turn on Content Protection on a Blackberry by going to Options > Security Options > General Settings and enabling Content Protection. Once this is turned on all cached data on the Secret Server app will be encrypted.
To prevent offline caching for mobile devices you can use the Maximum Offline Access setting in configuration, which is detailed in this KB article : http://support.thycotic.com/KB/a105/maximum-time-for-offline-caching.aspx
