Upgrading: Firefox will automatically check for updates periodically, or when a new version is installed. Firefox 5.0: 1. Click the "Firefox" tab in the top left. 2. Click "Add-ons" 3. Click the Gear icon in the upper right-hand corner and select "Check for Updates" 4. This will install the update and re-enable the add-on. -- Thycotic Development Team

7/13/2011 6:50:37 AM Peter C Posts: 28	A quick and VERY dirty solution is to manipulate the microsoft_net_framework_assistant-1.2.2-fx-windows.xpi to get it to work in FF5 1. extract the file (7zip can do this) 2. modify install.rdf to the following strings: 2.1 1.2.2.1 2.2 5.0.* 3. Zip (7zip) the extracted content as microsoft_net_framework_assistant-1.2.2.1-fx-windows.zip make sure to not pack with the parent folder name and to use .zip as filetype! 4. rename to microsoft_net_framework_assistant-1.2.2.1-fx-windows.xpi It's been working for me, but of course no warranty ;-) Have fun, Peter

Although I changed the 5.0.* part to 7.0.* so I don't have to remember how to do this again in 6 months. :-D -- Secret Server 8.1 - Web Password Filler, SAP support, advanced discovery capabilities with rules.
