4/26/2011 6:50:58 AM Nicola F Posts: 12	Hi all, I'm trying the Secret Server BlackBerry app, but when I try to log to our server a Java error is shown: java.io.ioexception apn is no specified We use all other application with no problem (RIM or our carrier APNs). We are in Italy. Any help?

4/26/2011 8:36:03 AM Jacob S Posts: 26	Hello Nicola, You will have to enter your APN information on your BlackBerry device by going to: Options >> Advanced Options >> TCP The exact settings are specific per your Service Provider. If you perform a Google search of 'Blackberry APN' you will be able to find several sites with lists of APN settings for different carriers. If you can not find the settings for your specific carrier you might have to get in contact with them in order to acquire them. Kind Regards, Jacob Stucky Thycotic Support
