Since upgrading from 7.2.000000 to 7.2.000001 none of my domain users are able to logon to SecretServer.
I can logon using my local admin account. When I go to the Administration – Users page, all of the domain users are there and enabled, but Last Login shows as “Never” for them all.
I've sent an email to support.

Hello Chris,
Unfortunately, there was an issue introduced in Version 7.2.000001 that caused duplicate users to be created during an AD sync. This can prevent AD users from logging in until resolved.
We have rolled back our 7.2.000001 release until the problem is resolved, but customers who upgraded in the short time it was live will still experience the issue.
I have created a support ticket and will send instructions on how this can be fixed. You can also call our support line at 1-877-833-2946 9am to 5pm EST and the issue will be resolved over a remote support session.
We apologize for the issue.
