6/3/2010 10:52:24 PM Adam H Posts: 5	Hi, I have setup an AD group which has 4 groups as members with 47 users total. When I preview the group in the edit sync page I see all users, but when I run the sync, it only enables 32 of the people. All the users from one of the groups is omitted completely. Any idea what is happening here?

6/4/2010 10:06:24 AM Scott Posts: 45	Adam, It is possible you do not have enough licenses. First ensure your licenses are applied by navigating to Administration>Licenses. Then navigate to Administration>Users and make sure you are still under your license limit. If all the active users are used up (perhaps you still have some old local users enabled), then a synchronization will not enable all the users. Scott Thycotic Support
