What is it all about?

Are you organized, persistent and good at helping others come up to speed? Thycotic Software is looking for a full-time Software Customer Service Representative / Partner Community Manager to grow our software business. You must be able to communicate effectively on the phone, develop rapport and excel with one-on-one interactions, and written communication.

Requirements:

• You communicate very well on the phone and enjoy helping others!
• You can digest information and then explain it well to others
• Degree in marketing or communication or a few years of relevant work experience
• You are well organized and can effectively manage your calendar for multiple calls and tasks per day
• You have the permanent legal right to work in the United States
• You have excellent written and spoken English
• You are self motivated
• You want to work at our office in downtown Washington, DC

Nice to have but not required:

• Experience with partner / channel management
• Bi-lingual (Spanish, French or German)

Daily Responsibilities:

• Develop an in-depth understanding of Thycotic Software products, marketing and sales strategies
• Monthly/Quarterly partner support calls
• Initial Partner validation (review website, criteria, partner persona)
• Overview presentations on Thycotic Software and the Thycotic Partner Program
• Contracts / territories
• Assist Partners with sales training / product certifications
• Manage partner leads (website, tradeshows, partner lead gen campaigns)
• Ongoing partner support (sales calls, tech calls, demos, marketing docs, building relationships, help with Go To Market strategy)
