Do you love solving technical problems and helping others? You need to have strong troubleshooting skills and
an eagerness to learn about IT infrastructure and related technologies (Active Directory, Internet Information Services, SQL, PowerShell, etc).
There will be plenty of opportunities to interact with customers and grow in this role - Quality Assurance, documentation,
webinars, demos and more.
Help customers solve their password and group management problems using our software. The Thycotic tools are highly regarded in the industry
for their power, helpfulness and ease of use. Account Managers help customers to identify problems and how they can be solved. Most communication
with customers is over the phone so strong phone skills are required along with good written communication skills and time management.
You will also work with the technical team to provide customer demos and help customers as they trial the software.
There are also opportunities for national and international travel.

apprenticeship in the craft of software development. If you are the star of your class, you might just have what it
takes to be a part of our team (it isn't easy to make the grade). This internship program has run every Summer for
several years and interns have even joined the team as employees when they finish their studies!
